27 appartments De Lindehoeve

The farm De Lindehoeve was cut off from its fields owing to the construction of the high-speed trainline Amsterdam-Paris.
Therefore Stichting Cavent got the opportunity to house 27 clients in this original farmhouse and barn. Stichting HW Wonen took care of the purchase of the complex and realization of the project.
The spacious barn offers the possibility to build in several appartments around an inner world consisting of an atrium and internal garden, provided with daylight through a skylight.
All residents have their own appartment, whereas there are also some communal livingrooms.
A training appartment and a guest house are established in the former farmers house.
